Message dated May 1 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                  
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES), with the following

and so, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) am                          
H Relating to the fisheries management fee proposed by President               
Clinton, is returned for consideration.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on the resolution. Without objection, it was so           
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House
